Homemade Portobello Mushroom Fries

A great alternative to potatoes, portobello mushrooms have a great taste when breaded and baked in the oven.

Portobello Mushrooms
2 Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Pinch of Ground Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Chili Pepper Flakes
Parmesan Cheese

1. Mix oregano, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, chili flakes, parmesan in a container.
2. Beat 2 eggs in bowl
3. Slice Mushrooms length-wise
4. Dip mushrooms in egg wash
5. Cover mushroom thoroughly in bread crumb mix
6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 425F
