Homemade Mango Ice Cream

  • 30 oz of Mango Puree (either canned or fresh mango) 
  • 14 oz Condensed Milk (1 can) 
  • 14 oz Cool Whip 
  • Chopped fresh mango
  1. In a large bowl, mix the mango puree, condensed milk, and cool whip. 
  2. Stir slowly until even. Be careful not to over mix or else the consistency will not be accurate. 
  3. Place in freezer for 2 hours. 
  4. Take out of the freezer after 2 hours and mix in 1/2 of the fresh mango. 
  5. Freeze again for 3 hours. 
  6. Garnish with fresh mango and serve!
