I was recently in Las Vegas and with the excess lifestyle that Sin City offers comes the biggest and best buffets in the world. I tried two of what I hear are the best on the strip and those are the Buffet at the Wynn and Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan.
The Wynn Buffet was enormous. A wide array of food ranging from Mexican to Asian to customizable pasta bar. The crab legs were delicious and probably the best you'll find on the strip.
Wicked Spoon on the other hand is a very modern looking buffet that is a serious competitor to be the best on the strip. With exotic choices such as grilled bone marrow and fresh ceviche the all-you-can eat haven is divided in pre-made servings to avoid excess and maximize the types of food one tries. The dessert island is filled with pastries, cakes, and other sweets made fresh daily on site.
